Privacy Policy

Job Organizer is a tool you use on a job site. The short version: your clients, photos and notes are yours, we keep them so the app can show them back to you, and we don't sell them to anybody.

Who we are

Job Organizer is built and operated by Agent Pro Apps. You can reach us at info@agentproapps.com with any question about this policy or about your data.

What we collect

• Your account. The company name, user ID and contact details you enter at signup, plus the logins of any employees you add.
• What you put in the app. Clients, addresses, phone numbers, emails, jobs, calendar entries, notes, costs, tags, sketches and the photos you take of each area.
• What you say to the assistant. The text of what you dictate or type, so the assistant can act on it.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and there is no advertising in Job Organizer.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored on Agent Pro Apps servers, in storage that is partitioned per company account — your company's jobs, clients and photos are kept separate from every other company's. Access requires your login.

How the AI features work

Several features send text to a third-party AI provider so the model can do its job:

• Splitting what you dictated into separate notes, and pulling out costs.
• Generating the tags that make a job findable later.
• Describing what's in a job photo, so similar past jobs can be matched.
• Suggesting notes you may have missed, and answering what you ask.

Those requests go to Anthropic, whose Claude models power the assistant. They process the request and return a result; the provider does not use it to train their models.

Speech. When you tap the microphone, your iPhone's own built-in speech recognition converts what you say into text. We receive the text, not the recording, and we do not store audio.

Email

When you send an estimate to a client, Job Organizer hands it to the mail app already on your phone. You send it, from your own address. We are not a party to that message and we don't keep a copy of it beyond the estimate that's already in your account.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than the service providers we need to run the app — hosting and the AI provider named above. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We will disclose data only where the law requires it.

Your clients' information

Much of what's in the app is information about other people — your customers. You control it. You entered it, you can change it, and you can delete a client and their details from the app at any time.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual clients, jobs, notes and photos from inside the app. To close your account and have everything associated with it removed, email support@agentproapps.com from the address on the account and we'll take care of it.

Children

Job Organizer is a business tool for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
